As usual, don't mess with the CSS or any of the div layers unless you know what you're doing. Don't mess with anything between the < head > tags-except for the title, please put your website title there. The cursor effects are supposed to worked in IE and FireFox, however, the scrollbar did not work in FireFox.

The iframe does scroll so you can fit as much content as you want.
Make sure to upload the reunitedlayout.css to your server, too. You need it to make the CSS work ^^.
Remember, to use this layout, you must keep the link to NP at the bottom
